Mission

To ensure the determination of transformation, renewal and transfer areas, as well as the fulfillment of the determination, arrangement and valuation works & procedures on the risky structures; to carry out the determination of ownership, conciliation, expropriation, valuation of properties in the transformation practices, to come to agreement with the property owners within the framework of the procedures and projects prescribed by the Ministry, to carry out the works and procedures with regards to allocation of flat ownership, registration and transfer of development right.
