Our General Directorate has participated to the world's greatest real estate fair "MIPIM".

This year, 26th anniversary of the world’s greatest real estate fair “MIPIM” is held in Cannes / FRANCE in the period of 10-13rd March 2015. In the name of our General Directorate, Deputy General Director Ms.Suna KOTAN, Division Chief Ms.Safiye Pınar ÇAKMAK, Architect Mr.Alper Mustafa KÖPRÜLÜ and Specialist Mr.Mustafa ÇAKIR participated to the fair.
MIPIM - “the world’s greatest real estate fair” that has been holding every year in March since 1989, is organized in Cannes / FRANCE. MIPIM creates several opportunities to establish new relations in business and a global network by gathering worldwide professionals, real estate decision- makers in one place, at the same time.
The Turkey's Pavillion is unveiled officially on the second day of MIPIM that hosted 20 thousands of guests from 93 countries. Our visiting team made some interviews with the executives of Beyoğlu Municipality, Real Estate Residence Investment Inc. – TOKI, Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality, Ankara Chamber of Commerce, Türkiye Investment Support and Publicity Agent (Invest in Turkey) boothes in Turkish Pavillion and of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, Gaziosmanpaşa Municipality and İstanbul Chamber of Commerce. Further visits are also made to the boothes where international projects and projects of private sector from our country are presented.
Especially, the Living Istanbul Model in the Tent of Istanbul attracted the attention of the visitors in the fair. The 96 sqm-big model which was exhibited by ITO (Istanbul Chamber of Commerce) with audio-visual effects created an exquisite experience for the visitors.
