Duties:

a) To determine the procedures and principles regarding the operation of the Transformation Projects Private Account,

b) To carry out the works and procedures related to the follow-up of the income and expenses of the Transformation Projects Private Account,

c) Ensuring the recognition of all kinds of expenditures to be made from the Transformation Projects Private Account,

ç) To carry out or to contract a third party to carry out the work and procedures concerning loans to be granted by the Ministry from the Transformation Projects Private Account,

d) To carry out or to contract a third party to carry out the work and procedures regarding loans to be granted by banks and interest support for these loans within the scope of Law No. 6306.

e) To carry out or to contract a third party to carry out the works and procedures related to the lease allowance within the scope of Law No. 6306.

f) To carry out the works and procedures related to the payment of the resource to be transferred to the Administration, TOKI (Housing Development Administration) and Iller Bank at once or according to the phases of the work carried out in accordance with the Law No. 6306 and the applicable related Regulations accordingly,

g) To fulfill the similar duties assigned by the General Manager.
