Duties: 

a) To determine the procedures and principles regarding the determination of risky structures in accordance with Law No. 6306,

b) To carry out work and procedures regarding the licensing of institutions and organizations that lodge applicaton for the determination of risky structures,

c) To audit the activities of licensed institutions and organizations; to carry out the works and procedures regarding the administrative and criminal sanctions stipulated in the relevant legislation of these institutions and organizations,

ç) To carry out or contract a third party to carry out the work and procedures regarding the detection, evacuation and demolition of risky structures,

d) To carry out the works and procedures related to the formation of technical delegations that will examine the objections raised against the determination of risky structure and the follow-up of the works to be carried out by the technical delegations accordingly,

e) In the payments to be made in the matters falling within the scope of its duty, as the execution officer, to arrange the payment order document and its attachments and to send them to the relevant Department, as well as ensuring the accounting works of the same to be fulfilled accordingly.

f) To fulfill the similar duties assigned by the General Manager.
