DEPARTMENT OF MONITORING AND EVALUATION

Duties:

a) To determine the strategic transformation policies regarding the practices of the Law No. 6306 by taking the opinions of other departments & units of the General Directorate,

b) To produce performance enhancing policies and projects and to monitor the strategic performance of the General Directorate,

c) To monitor international developments in matters related to the duties of the General Directorate,

ç) To determine the procedures and principles regarding demolition activities and utilization of construction and demolition wastes,

d) To follow the activities carried out by the administration regarding the evacuation and demolition of risky buildings and evacuation and demolition processes in risky areas and reserved building areas and to keep statistical information accordingly,

e) To audit and inspect the practices carried out by the Administration, TOKI (Housing Development Administration) and Iller Bank, in risky areas and reserved structures, in coordination with the relevant Department of the General Directorate,

f) To inspect whether the resources transferred to the Administration, TOKI (Housing Development Administration) and Iller Bank within the scope of Law No. 6306 are spent in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Law, Regulation and protocol,

g) In the payments to be made in the matters falling within the scope of its duty, as the execution officer, to arrange the payment order document and its attachments and to send them to the relevant Department, as well as ensuring the accounting works of the same to be fulfilled accordingly.

ğ) To fulfill the similar duties assigned by the General Manager.
